About the role

Current Lighting seeks a Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead a team supporting existing product lines. The role partners with Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sourcing and external suppliers to meet cost, quality and operational goals. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, prioritizing work, resolving quality and reliability issues, and guiding EC changes while enabling continuous improvement across the lifecycle of products.
