Qualifications: Under the direction of the Radiology Director and Radiology Operations Supervisor, performs those duties directly involved with a variety of Special Procedure and Surgical imaging procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Oversees the Technologist’s activities in special procedures and surgical imaging. Is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Makes recommendations on policies and procedures in accordance with all regulatory bodies. Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develops and organizes films. Operates equipment safely and maintains ALARA standards while performing all types of procedures within the scope of the A.R. R.T.
