Caring Angels Home Careis looking for aDirector of Patient Servicesfor our Licensed Home Care Agency in Brooklyn. As DPS, you will play an integral role in the daily functions of the agency. The Director of Patient Services is responsible for overseeing all of the clinical day-to-day operations including but not limited to Quality Initiatives, Staffing, In-service, Education, On-boarding and Clinical Service Delivery. Must adhere to Federal and State DOH Guidelines in NYS. Qualifications for Director of Patient Services: Registered Nurse in NY StateExperience working as a Clinical Director or Supervisor in a Licensed Agency preferableStrong Interpersonal SkillsExcellent Clinical Skills and JudgmentComputer LiterateThis position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
