Examples Of Essential Duties Distribute literature to customers Review pictures of service lines that customers have uploaded to the service line portal Prepare spreadsheets using excel Enter customer homes and collect data on the water service line, entering data on a tablet/laptop and taking a picture of the service line. Assist Bureau of Water staff with administrative duties, answer phone calls, make appointments with customers Typical Qualifications High school graduate Knowledge of Excel, preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and propose innovative solutions. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
