About the role
To scale Tavily's go-to-market organization, the remote Head of Go-To-Market Enablement Lead will manage sales process reinforcement, design onboarding programs, and lead product enablement initiatives to enhance rep productivity and business value communication.
Key responsibilities
Build and reinforce Tavily's sales process and enablement frameworks as the company scales
Design and run onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development
Create and maintain GTM collateral such as battlecards, playbooks, and messaging frameworks
Required qualifications
5+ years in Sales Enablement, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles
Experience supporting technical or complex SaaS products
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message preferred
Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs from 0 to 1
Strong understanding of qualification, discovery, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution
