About the role

Overview In this role you will steward the Talent Operations framework, focusing on post go-live stabilization of the new HCM tool and establishing scalable operating rhythms. You will manage portfolio visibility, documentation governance, and project ways of working to keep Talent work stable and navigable. You’ll enable cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and own communications and enablement for Talent processes and tools. This position offers a chance to shape governance, reporting, and adoption across North America Talent teams with a clear impact on delivery and outcomes. Compensation / Benefits Travel 10-20%Permanent Benefits eligible Responsibilities Maintain a simplified portfolio view of major Talent initiatives across North America with status, milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and communication/adoption impacts Prepare clear portfolio snapshots and leadership updates on progress, risks, priorities, and decisions Establish lightweight project frameworks, templates, and ways of working scalable by risk, complexity, and impact Coach project owners on goal setting, stakeholder mapping, communications, workback planning, risk tracking, and launch readiness Own internal communications and enablement material creation for Talent processes, tools, and initiatives Own Talent documentation framework, standards, ownership models, and version control Create role-based enablement materials and adoption resources with functional leads Maintain SFEC content structure and Talent resources for currency and discoverability Define and maintain Talent operating processes, workflows, handoffs, and escalation paths Identify recurring process issues and translate them into a continuous improvement backlog Drive prioritization of improvements by impact, urgency, risk, and effort Facilitate retrospectives and lessons learned for major Talent initiatives Partner with TO leaders to improve consistency, efficiency, and service delivery Lead post go-live HCM stabilization routines, including issue tracking and escalation Collaborate with TDM and stakeholders for data audit calendars, remediation tracking, and data ownership Support data corrections, audits, reporting, and downstream issue resolution Ensure SFEC tools and cross-functional responsibilities are clear across TDM and Talent Systems teams Oversee build-out and enablement of a Talent project management platform with standard templates, fields, dashboards, and reporting Drive platform adoption through training, governance, and user support Maintain reporting views and shared structures for quick priority and ownership visibility Coordinate global partnership on tracking, communications, and governance standards Recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and reporting based on feedback Key requirements Extensive experience managing cross-functional projects or portfolios, especially in HR/Talent Operations Bachelor in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience Strong project management skills: planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and leadership reporting Experience building or governing a project management platform or shared operating tool Ability to translate complex work into clear operating rhythms, dashboards, and documentation structures Experience creating process documentation, job aids, templates, and enablement materials Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management with influencing ability in ambiguous environments Experience with HCM systems, HR data processes, employee lifecycle workflows or Talent Operations processes preferred Experience in global or matrixed, fast-paced environments Travel willingness (10-20%)Collaborative mindset Influence without authority Organizational agilityHCM systemsSFEC (Success Factors Employee Central)Dashboards and reporting
