Develops and maintains program budgets and financial forecastsTracks and reports on program spending, comparing actuals to budget and identifying variancesAnalyzes financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends for program leadershipManages procurements, SOWs, accruals, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes for the programSkill Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a financial analyst, or similar finance rolesExperience working within a project-based or program management environment is strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), and data analysisStrong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performing detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
