About the role
Perform clinical database design and management, data maintenance, and SOP management for structured workflows in clinical data processing and readily prepare for consistent client-interfacing data delivery and well-documented audition. Education and Experience RequirementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education: A masters degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Bioinformatics, Biology, or related field.
Experience:
Three years of experience in a bioinformatics-related occupation in the life sciences industry.
SKILLS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:1. 2 years of experience using clinical research workflows and SOP maintenance systems.2. 3 years of experience using R or Python to analyze next generation sequencing (NGS) data and perform data maintenance work.3. 3 years of experience designing and implementing NGS data analysis pipelines and solutions.4. 2 years of experience working in a CLIA-regulated environment.5. 3 years of preferred service provider experience interacting with clients to explain data analysis workflow and output.6. 3 years of experience working with different computational systems including AWS cloud and Linux servers. Telecommuting/Remote Work is Permitted Position may be located anywhere in the United States. SalaryBasic pay is one hundred seven thousand dollars to one hundred sixty-one thousand dollars annually for full-time employment and standard company benefits.
