About the role

Partner Marketing SupportSupport the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of strategic retail partners.Assist with the coordination of partner marketing activities, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.Help gather partner requirements and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.Maintain marketing calendars and track key deliverables to ensure timely execution.Marketing Program CoordinationCoordinate the development, review, and distribution of marketing materials across partner channels.Support execution of partner communications, including email marketing, website content updates, promotional materials, and in-store marketing assets.Assist with creative briefing, proofing, approvals, and production processes.Help ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and partner requirements.Manage project timelines, workflows, and status updates across multiple concurrent initiatives.Coordinate with internal marketing, creative, legal, compliance, and vendor teams to facilitate project completion.Reporting & Business SupportAssist with tracking campaign execution and maintaining summary reports.Compile program results, partner feedback, and performance data from various sources.Support budget administration activities, including invoice processing, purchase requests, and vendor coordination.Prepare presentations, project updates, and business reviews for internal stakeholders.Vendor & Production ManagementCoordinate printing, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing materials.Work with external vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.Support inventory management for marketing collateral and promotional materials.Help ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.Required Experience1-4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications, partnership marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.Proven ability to coordinate projects from concept through execution while managing multiple deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in delivering marketing materials and communications.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.Bachelors Degree in related field.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting partner marketing, retail marketing, field marketing, or customer-facing programs.Experience coordinating creative development, print production, or vendor relationships.Experience working in a cross-functional corporate environment.Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaign management processes, or digital marketing channels.Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
