Wholesale Account Executive Reports into: General Manager
Location:
New York, NYWork Pattern: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote (typically Tuesday-Thursday in person, Monday & Friday remote) About the BrandThis is a long-established European brand known for fragrances and personal care products. About the Role:
This is a high-ownership role for someone with early wholesale experience who wants to run and grow a function within a small, entrepreneurial luxury business. The focus is shifting from maintaining inbound accounts to proactively developing wholesale, hospitality, partnerships, and client events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wholesale & Hospitality Client Management: manage, expand, and strengthen the network of wholesale & hospitality across US markets; including forecasting, order entry and follow-up, strong relationship with Logistics.
- Brand & Commercial Compliance: ensure adherence to commercial policies and maintain consistent brand positioning in all markets.
- Market Development: identify and evaluate growth opportunities, adopting a selective and qualitative approach to market expansion.
- Trade Marketing Activation: coordinate with Trade Marketing for local activations, marketing materials, and sell-out support.
- Marketing/Event Collaboration: work closely with the HQ Marketing and US GM to adapt and implement global marketing and event strategies at the local level.
- Performance Monitoring: track, analyze, and report sales KPIs and market performance, recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Training & Development: support the training and coaching of local partners to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience.
