About the role
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in the utility scale renewable energy industry
- Practical knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of QA/QC programs and processes
- Project management software/tools and Microsoft Office
- Contract negotiation and management
- Managing complex and/or multi-discipline projects
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
