About the role

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a dedicated Collection Specialist to join our outdoor, safety‑driven team. You will work with a Driver to collect residential, commercial, and industrial waste and recyclables while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. You will assist with lifting and loading materials, performing spotter duties during backing maneuvers, and conducting basic vehicle inspections. Strong communication with customers and coworkers is essential.
