While previous board experience is welcomed, it is not required. The role involves governance and oversight, providing strategic input, and actively participating in board meetings and investor calls. Candidates for the Board of Directors should be prepared to contribute meaningfully to both tactical and strategic decisions, with a commitment to the company's growth and transformation. Responsibilities include reviewing and advising on financial performance, KPIs, and management reports, as well as collaborating with the executive team and private equity sponsor to support business milestones.
