Role Description: The Global Human Resources Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and coordinating HR activities across multiple countries and business units within CLG GROUP. This role oversees global HR strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. The Global Human Resources Manager ensures consistent, compliant HR policies and practices, manages employee relations, and drives initiatives that support engagement, inclusion, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leaders on HR matters, managing compensation and benefits frameworks, maintaining HR data and reporting, and partnering with regional teams to address local HR needs. The role also contributes to change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Qualifications: Strong background in global HR management, including workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management. Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. Proficiency with HRIS and HR analytics, including data-driven decision-making and reporting. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership, influence stakeholders, and support organizational change. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach. Proven capability in remote work, managing distributed teams, and coordinating across time zones and cultures. Experience in the built environment or related industries is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
