About the role
- Communicate directly with customers regarding extended warranty registrations, documentation, and follow-upManage Machine IQ and support Service and Sales teams with equipment information
- Provide backup support for the Warranty Administrator
- Schedule and dispatch field service technicians
- Coordinate and dispatch company drivers for inventory movement, equipment transfers, deliveries, and pickups
- Communicate schedules and changes with technicians, drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and help improve scheduling and service coordination
- We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and a strong communicator.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Equipment, service, warranty, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred
- Able to work independently and follow through
