About the role
Box House is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Executive Recruiting & Talent Consultant to help us continue building our leadership team. This will be a part-time, independent contractor engagement based in Manhattan, NYC. We’re looking for someone who can work independently and flexibly, but who is also available to come into our office at 30 Rockefeller Plaza for in-person strategy sessions with our leadership team. We want someone we can sit down with, talk through where the company is headed, brainstorm the roles and people we need, and then trust to take that direction and run with it. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in: Recruiting across all levels and function Direct sourcing and building candidate pipelines Defining roles and candidate profiles alongside leadership Compensation benchmarking and offer negotiations Managing searches from initial strategy through close
