Fuel Customer Relationship Manager Build Relationships. Grow Accounts. Drive Revenue. England Carrier Services (ECS) is looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to help retain and grow our fuel program customers. Asa Fuel Customer Relationship Manager, you will be working with current fuel program customers of ECS to maximize revenue for ECS along with value for our clients. The focus of this position will be to retain and organically grow fuel program client participation. You will connect with customers regarding their fuel purchasing habits and cross-sell other ECS products, assist clients with everyday questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer relationships. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM What You'll Do Essential Functions and Results Expectations Retain current customers at 97% or better rate Increase revenue by improving fuel station network participation Proactively monitor client fueling trends to ensure full card/truck utilization of fuel program Identify opportunities to organically grow portfolio network gallons Build strong relationships with portfolio carriers Create growth opportunities through carrier referrals Increase ECS revenue by adding tire and factoring products to fueling clients Exhibit negotiation tactics to ensure clients are not influenced by competitor offers What Success Looks Like Successful Fuel Customer Relationship Managers consistently: Maintain 97%+ customer retention Increase fuel program participation and network gallons Maximize fuel card and truck utilization Grow revenue through additional ECS products Generate opportunities through customer referrals Build strong, long-term customer relationships
