The position of account supervisor requires advanced communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage and meet deadlines for multiple projects. Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust and results
Ensure client satisfaction while balancing agency priorities
Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for new initiatives, expanded services and long-term growth
Develop strategic communications and marketing plans with measurable objectives
Translate client needs and goals to departments within the agency to develop effective campaigns and deliverables
Monitor campaign performance and project outcomes
Manage project scopes, timelines and budgets
Monitor and optimize account profitability
Use insights, research and analytics to continuously improve strategies
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude with strong strategic planning skills
Excellent communication skills (in all forms)
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
7+ years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing, communications and public relations strategies
Experience writing, editing, proofreading and managing communication projects in a variety of mediums (print, long and short videos, websites, social posts, speeches, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic communications plans that align messaging, audiences, channels and measurable objectives
Proven experience with building client relationships and providing strategic counsel
Direct agency experience is preferred, however client-side experience working with an agency accepted
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, journalism, marketing or advertising is highly preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
Working knowledge of Alaska’s biggest economic industries: tourism, oil & gas, mining, transportation, and healthcare
