About the role
Macmillan Children's Publishing Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Production to lead the frontlist production team for Feiwel & Friends, Henry Holt, and Godwin Books imprints, and conversions for MCPG. This hands-on role coaches production managers while also handling a personal list of 40–45 titles annually across picture books, chapter books, novelty titles, and graphic novels. You will liaise with Editorial, Design, Managing Editorial and Publishers; own 4-color workflows;
