About the role

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support state and federal regulatory testing and monitoring. This role works closely with the Compliance Testing Manager to assess adherence to laws and industry standards across KS and MO. You will develop testing scopes, document findings, and communicate results to business units while staying current on evolving consumer protection regulations.
