About the role

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team. You will work with Sales, RVPs, Account Managers, and Solution Consultants to win technical buyers across deals, including CISO, AI Governance, Privacy, and HRIS Analyst Buyers. You will lead discussions on AI governance, security, cloud architecture, and integrations while building technical assets for the team. You will report to the Director of Strategic Solutions and collaborate with the broader Solution
