- Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Resolve field construction issues and ensure craftsmanship standards
- Secure permits, entitlements, and final sign-offs with local agencies
- Track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field 7+ years of multifamily construction or renovation experience
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend)PMP, CCM, or General Contractor License preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills
