Reporting to the President & CEO, the CAO will shape external presence, deepen donor relationships, and secure philanthropic investments to fuel the organization's mission. Leading a team of eight advancement professionals, the CAO will evolve the revenue model, identify new funding opportunities, and build fundraising infrastructure for sustainable impact
