About the role
To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Loan Consultant will deliver personalized mortgage solutions, educate clients on financing options, and leverage advanced technology to streamline the lending process in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Deliver a consultative, personalized mortgage experience based on each borrower's financial goals
Manage an active pipeline from initial consultation through closing while maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders
Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate the lending process
Required qualifications
Active NMLS registration and applicable state licenses, or the ability to obtain required licensing
Experience in mortgage lending, financial services, sales, or relationship management preferred
Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly
Comfortable using AI, automation, and digital platforms
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and client satisfaction
