Duration: 6 months Contract-2-Hire

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Developer to lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement of software applications, APIs, databases, and related technology solutions. This role serves as both a people leader and a hands-on technical contributor, guiding a team of developers while participating directly in development efforts across front-end, back-end, and data-focused initiatives.
Required skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science / information systems or related field Strong software development experience with the ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on in development across web applications, backend services, APIs, and database solutions. Proficiency in technologies such as Java Script, Python, SQL, and modern web development frameworks, with experience delivering commercial or SaaS-based software products. Solid understanding of application architecture, relational databases, data modeling, query optimization, geospatial objects, and working with large or complex datasets. Experience with cloud platforms and related services, such as AWS or Azure, along with familiarity with deployment, monitoring, containerization, and production support practices. Highly knowledgeable in PostgreSQL, Type Script, Java Script, and Python Cloud infrastructure and database experience, including containerized environments, managed databases, network security, and serverless.
