Regal Rexnord is seeking a dynamic manufacturing leader to direct the seal team on the production floor. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost, while applying lean principles to reduce lead times and improve efficiency across aerospace components. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in metal machining, a strong lean background, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through change.
