About the role
- Convert supplied artwork into digitized embroidery files using professional digitizing software (Wilcom EmbroideryStudio)
- Optimize stitch types, densities, and sequencing for quality and machine efficiency
- Conduct sew-out tests to verify stitch quality and final design appearance
- Communicate clearly regarding design limitations, adjustments, and feasibility
- Maintain design accuracy including sizing, placement, and color consistency
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Organize and maintain digital file storage and naming conventions
- Troubleshoot sew-outs and make timely corrections to ensure production readiness
- Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial/commercial embroidery
- Experience in both embroidery design and sew-out production
- Advanced proficiency in Wilcom digitizing software
- Experience working in a commercial embroidery or apparel production environment
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio or comparable digitizing platforms
- Working knowledge of single-head and multi-head commercial embroidery machines
- Strong understanding of:
- Fabric types
