A financial services company in Arkansas is seeking a Remarketing Coordinator I to support vehicle remarketing operations for their team in Little Rock.
About the Opportunity
Shift: Day Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite; Tuesday to Thursday are mandatory)
Responsibilities: Manage vehicle inventory portfolio activities to help maximize sales proceeds Communicate with clients, suppliers, auctions, and internal team members to support daily operations Obtain, review, and organize vehicle information, including inspection reports and related documentation Coordinate with auction personnel to prepare vehicles for sale and support settlement activities Verify vehicle book values, recommend floor prices, and help ensure remarketing activities align with department goals and KPIs Qualifications:2+ years of relevant experience High School Diploma / GED Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Desired Skills: Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field Experience in financial services, automotive, commercial, or a related industry Familiarity with Salesforce or internal business platforms Experience supporting clerical, administrative, or technical tasks Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
