Role Description: The Sales and Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily sales activities and operational processes to support Conscious Step’s mission and growth. This role coordinates order management, inventory and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. The Sales and Operations Manager monitors key performance metrics, analyzes data, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer accounts, responding to service inquiries, aligning sales efforts with marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows. This team member also helps develop and refine sales processes, documentation, and tools to support a scalable, impact-focused business.
Qualifications: Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and inventory or logistics oversight. Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting sales and operational data, tracking KPIs, and recommending data-driven improvements. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to manage accounts, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience. Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact confidently with partners and customers. Experience in sales operations, account management, or similar roles within e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods is highly beneficial. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort using CRM, ERP, or similar business systems and productivity tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Alignment with Conscious Step’s mission and interest in social impact, sustainability, or nonprofit collaboration; bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field is a plus. Willingness to travel to attend trade shows and company events
