- References from people who can verify your partnership management and execution. Success in the first 90 days By day 7: partner tracking, onboarding, deal templates, content rights records, briefs, and a delivery calendar are working. A qualified creator pipeline is in active outreach. By day 14: the first creators are onboarded and delivering approved content for the paid social lead to test. Tracking links and codes are live, and the next deliveries are scheduled. By day 30: target 15–20 active creators and at least 30 distinct, approved video assets delivered for ad testing. The foundation is operating while partners supply content every week. Review available organic, partner, and paid-test results weekly and issue the next briefs within 48 hours of receiving actionable feedback. By day 60: target 30–40 active creators. Expand output based on content quality, delivery reliability, customer results, and partner economics. Show which creators to renew, which content to repeat, and which partnerships to change. By day 90: reach 50+ active creators, aiming to achieve this sooner. Maintain repeat deliveries, documented content rights, organized tracking, and a weekly feedback process with the paid social lead. Active means a creator has delivered approved content in the preceding 30 days and has another delivery scheduled. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
