About the role
- Monthly bonus based on rentals and sales
- Paid mileage when covering other locations
- Closed Sunday and half-day Saturdays

- Manage accounts: Process payments and follow up on past-due accounts
- Care for the property: Walk the site daily, clean vacated units and report maintenance needs
- Serve people well: You will build relationships with people experiencing intimate life moments, moving houses, dealing with the death of a loved one. Storage facilities work with people in transitional moments of life. We have the ability to pour into these people and truly make a difference
- Cover when needed: Run the facility independently and provide coverage to alternate locations as directed by your District Manager
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- At least one year of related customer service experience in direct sales or retail is required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
- Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised & lift 50 lbs.
