Compensation:
$16 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align schedules with project requirements. Maintain accurate records of scheduling changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Utilize CRM systems to track project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address scheduling inquiries. Monitor resource availability and adjust schedules to optimize team productivity. Prepare and distribute detailed scheduling reports to management for review and decision-making purposes.
