About the role

Weed Man in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Outdoor Marketing Representative to walk neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and connect them with our sales team. NO SELLING REQUIRED. You’ll offer free, no-obligation lawn care quotes, canvass areas, and work toward daily and weekly goals in a full-time, outdoors role. Schedule is Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (shifts to 10:00 AM–6:00 PM with Daylight Savings), occasional Saturday make-up days. Base pay $18/hour with uncapped commissions, possible >$25/hour.
