About the role
Filling Line Crew LeaderThe Filling Line Crew Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of production workers on the filling line, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the line while meeting production goals and quality standards. Qualification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong knowledge of filling line operations and equipmentStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong knowledge of filling line operations and equipmentStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Able to work in a fast-paced team environmentCGMP experience preferred

- Supervise and direct the work of a team of production workers on the filling line
- Ensure all production activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain line performance and quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of production goals
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving efforts
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
