Oversee operations for mutually agreed-upon shifts. Coordinate schedules and workflow to ensure timely processing of surgical instruments and equipment. Enforce adherence to established protocols and regulatory standards for sterilization and decontamination. Collaborate with surgical teams and other hospital departments to meet sterile supply needs. Implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve equipment or process-related issues. Sterile Processing Department Manager Qualifications: Strong background in sterile processing with a minimum of 10 years experience in the field Relevant certification (e.g., CRCST) is required. Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 1-3 years of managerial experience. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
