About the role
Services Delivery Capability Enablement ManagerIn this role, you will be expected to lead a project team to drive the enablement of new services and customizations across the MDS, MPS, and MCS businesses. As the end-to-end services delivery owner, the role entails working closely with different stakeholders (delivery functions and operations, category, pursuit, and portfolio) to ensure that the services or customizations are enabled on time. The responsibility includes providing expert support to different teams on the delivery capabilities enabled.Project manage end-to-end the design, development, and implementation of new managed services &/or customizationsStakeholder management across delivery functions and operations, category, pursuit, and portfolioProject planning and reportingServices costing and updatesIdentification of tools enhancements to support new services and automationDocument the new capability or serviceAct as a point of contact for regional delivered new services, NXIs or deal customizationsKPI definitionsAssess potential enhancements to a service and provide recommendationsApplies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.Education & Experience Recommended:Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.Preferred Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)ITIL FoundationAccountingAgile MethodologyChange ManagementCustomer Relationship ManagementData AnalysisFinanceKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Microsoft ProjectMilestones (Project Management)Process ImprovementProject DocumentationProject ImplementationProject ManagementProject SchedulesRisk ManagementSubcontracting Cross-Org SkillsEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityImpact & Scope:Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Complexity:Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Disclaimer:This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
