About the role
Building Tomorrow's Innovations TodayWhat if you could sit at the table where AWS was first suggested? Or be in the room when Amazon Prime was just an ambitious idea? At Amazon, most of our innovations started with leaders who dared to think differently. Through the Amazon Leadership Accelerator (ALA), you could be next.ALA is our selective MBA leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of transformative product leaders. The program provides a multi-year pathway for ambitious MBA graduates to work on high-impact initiatives, receive mentorship from senior executives, and accelerate their journey toward becoming future senior leaders at Amazon and elsewhere. ALA participants work directly with senior executives to identify customer needs and scale innovative solutions into transformative businesses. This multi-year pathway combines deep product management fundamentals with technical aptitude - the same combination that built game-changing products like AWS, Alexa, Prime, and Kindle. This isn't a typical MBA role - it's an opportunity to shape the future of how millions of customers live, work, and play. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
