The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with rotational on-call duties.Key ResponsibilitiesResolve incident tickets efficiently and effectively.Fulfill service catalog requests in a timely manner.Complete release and change management tickets.Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks.Ensure proper access management to enhance compliance and user experience.Qualifications5-10 years of experience in supporting Identity Management and Governance services. Proficiency in managing security vulnerabilities and configuration changes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
