Executive Assistant - Legal & Compliance Team New York, NY | 4x in-officeA leading Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior members of its legal team in New York. This is a highly visible role ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a true strategic partner. The successful candidate will provide seamless day-to-day support while collaborating closely with teams across the organization.
Responsibilities include: Managing complex calendars and coordinating internal and external meetings Organizing travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reporting Preparing presentations, correspondence, and other business materials Assisting with documentation, record maintenance, and operational processes Partnering cross-functionally with teams across the business Supporting onboarding, compliance-related processes, and ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications: 5+ years of senior-level Executive Assistant experience, preferably within financial services, professional services, or a corporate legal environment Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication skills and professional presence High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Power Point and Word Detail-oriented, resourceful, and solutions-driven mindset This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing organization in a role with significant exposure across the business.
