📢 Hiring: Customer Service Representative📍 Location: Louisville, KY 40219🏢 Work Model: Hybrid📅 Contract: 6 Months | Potential for Conversion🗓️ Schedule: Monday–FridayAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a healthcare-focused team supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Provide professional, accurate, and customer-focused support.
Assist with prescription refills and coordinate medication shipments.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up.
Communicate next steps clearly and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow established healthcare policies and procedures.
Maintain flexibility to support business needs and scheduling requirements.
Training & Work Schedule:
First 6–8 weeks: Onsite training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMAfter successful completion of training: Hybrid/remote schedule, 9:30 AM–6:00 PMCandidates must be comfortable working onsite during training. Depending on productivity, attendance, and performance, onsite work may be required again.
Qualifications:
Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
Typing speed of 35+ WPM.Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required before or on the first day of employment.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
