About the role
Maesa, a next-gen beauty company, seeks a Paralegal to support its global trademark portfolio and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate has hands-on trademark experience, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment, with three days in the NYC office.
You will draft and revise NDAs, coordinate with outside counsel, manage the contract repository, support corporate governance and entity records, and help improve legal workflows.
