Compliance Data Entry Specialist The Temporary Compliance Data Entry Specialist will provide administrative and data-entry support to the Compliance Manager during a period of increased compliance and audit activity. This position primarily involves entering, organizing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation related to prevailing wage, certified payroll, and apprenticeship compliance. It is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with repetitive and high-volume data, and able to follow established procedures accurately.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter and organize documentation related to prevailing wage, certified payroll, and apprenticeship compliance.
  • Review and maintain compliance-related documentation.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager during audits and periods of increased compliance activity.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in handling large volumes of data.
