About the role
Owning the day-to-day operations of global equity incentive programs, the full-time remote Senior Stock Plan Administrator will manage stock options and restricted stock units while developing scalable processes and employee education initiatives to support company growth.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee and evolve the global equity compensation program, ensuring compliance and scalability
Process option exercises and RSU vesting releases, collaborating closely with HR and payroll
Develop employee education materials and communications, leading training sessions across various platforms Required qualifications 8+ years of stock administration experience at a U.S. public company, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience building scalable stock programs, including launching an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and data integrity
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automating processes
Active CEP certification preferred, but not required
