About the role

100 Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a high-volume aluminum manufacturing facility in Phoenix. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and perform preventative maintenance on production lines. The ideal candidate has hands-on repair skills, can read blueprints and electrical schematics, and works independently to minimize downtime.
