About the role
Owning the conversion of warm leads into qualified meetings, the full-time Senior Sales Development Representative will engage with high-value accounts, conduct impactful sales outreach, and leverage AI tools to accelerate the sales process in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Generate and own a consistent flow of high-quality pipeline for Account Executives by converting warm, AI-generated leads into booked meetings
Conduct structured daily outreach to high-signal accounts, reactivated leads, and existing customers using phone calls as the primary channel
Quickly assess lead fit, handle objections, and secure meetings while actively engaging in social selling within relevant communities
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
B2B SaaS sales experience with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and buyer dynamics
Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume, live calling
Proven ability to conduct discovery conversations and handle objections without relying on scripts
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
