Job Title: Enrollment Operations Specialist
Monthly Pay: $5,800 - $6,400 USD per month
Summary:
Accurate, on-time benefits-plan enrollment protects member access and dependable service; done well means clean eligibility records, clear updates, and few corrections. As a full-time Enrollment Operations Specialist, you will coordinate enrollment transactions across internal teams, agencies, and carrier portals in a fully remote Michigan role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review applications, eligibility evidence, and coverage elections for completeness.• Enter approved enrollments and plan changes in administration platforms.• Track open items, effective dates, and confirmation status.• Respond to agency and member questions about enrollment progress.• Coordinate corrections with carrier contacts and internal service partners.• Maintain audit-ready notes and documents for each transaction.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting enrollment, benefits, policy services, or account operations.• Working knowledge of eligibility, effective dates, and coverage selections.• Comfort navigating carrier portals and enrollment administration systems.• Ability to interpret applications, plan documents, and change requests.• Strong written follow-through when resolving incomplete submissions.• Reliable remote-work habits and sound judgment handling confidential information.
