About the role
LHH is seeking a Financial Analyst for a rapidly growing organization. This highly visible position partners closely with executive leadership to deliver financial and operational insights that drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, business intelligence reporting, Power BI dashboard development, and operational analytics, along with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards focused on operational KPIs, financial performance, and business trends.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and increased efficiency.
Support executive leadership with reporting, analytics, forecasting, and ad hoc business insights.
Monitor actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Partner with operational leaders to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
Create and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into operational and clinical performance outcomes.
Prepare reporting and analytical materials for leadership meetings, executive presentations, and board-level discussions.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis initiatives.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies across reporting systems and data sources.
Collaborate with data and technology teams to evaluate and implement AI-enabled reporting and analytics solutions.
Assist with month-end reporting processes and ongoing financial performance tracking.
Build strong relationships across departments to support data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, operational finance, business analytics, consulting, or a related analytical role.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence reporting.
Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Exposure to AI tools, advanced analytics, or data-driven process improvement initiatives is preferred.
