The successful candidate will be the operational catalyst and strategic navigator, leading the delivery organization as the core revenue engine. This role requires a thought partner to the executive team, with a focus on driving the company forward, ensuring the efficient execution of business strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. The VP of Ops will be responsible for delivery leadership, business cadence, strategic execution, internal operations, talent and culture, operations and business metrics, and leadership and management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of operations and leadership experience, with a proven track record in a web development agency or consulting firm setting. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations at the company include owning the delivery organization, defining delivery standards, and leading the team to meet project execution quality, on-time, and on-budget performance. The role also involves developing and scaling internal processes, and systems, and leading the talent and culture function to ensure the organization can support continued growth. The candidate should have a strong background in operations and business metrics, with a focus on data-informed decisions to optimize business performance. As a secondary priority, the VP of Ops will be involved in revenue functions, coaching and managing sales, business development, marketing, and estimating functions to drive profitable new business.
