About the role
Supporting the client invoicing process, the full-time hybrid Client Finance Analyst will prepare and process invoices, manage client budgets, and reconcile financial data while collaborating with account teams and senior finance members.
Key responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on time
Track client budgets and identify discrepancies or potential overages
Generate and maintain financial reports to support client teams and business needs
Required qualifications
6-12 months of client finance experience through internships or entry-level roles
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
Experience with financial, accounting, or reporting systems is a plus
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about finance in a client-facing environment
