About the role
Leading the strategy for Dynatron's most complex and high-value customer relationships, the full-time remote Manager of Enterprise Client Success will own Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) while developing a high-performing team to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
Key responsibilities
Own GRR and NRR performance across the enterprise customer portfolio, developing strategies to increase retention and customer value
Define and improve the enterprise customer success model, ensuring alignment between high-touch engagement and operational efficiency
Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Client Success professionals, establishing performance standards and fostering a culture of proactive ownership
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise Account Management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
3+ years of experience directly leading customer-facing teams with a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes
Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data to inform strategy and decision-making
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build credibility with C-level stakeholders
Experience developing account strategies that connect customer outcomes to retention and expansion
